Your Advertix website is a subscription of USD 100 per year. It covers design, copywriting, SEO setup, domain, hosting and revisions for one website. You pay through Stripe.
Your website is ready for you to review within 24 hours of payment. We will email you when it is ready.
After we send your website, you can ask for changes as many times as you need, until you are satisfied.
If you are not satisfied, ask within 7 days of your payment and we will refund you in full. If we cannot deliver your website, we will refund you.
After 7 days we do not refund the current year, but you can still cancel so it does not renew.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several days to show it.
The subscription renews every year on the date you first paid, using the same payment method, until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time. Use the Stripe customer portal with the email you ordered with, or email us at hello@advertixgroup.com and we will cancel it for you.
When you cancel, you will not be charged again. Your website stays online until the end of the year you have already paid for.
Your domain name and your website belong to you. While your subscription is active, we host your website for you. If you cancel, we will transfer your domain to you.
